Patient: Hi doctor my name is duvan tafur
Doctor: hi duvan, How can I help you?
Patient: Doc, I feel dizzy and I have a headache
Doctor: What you eat this day?
Patient: Nothing, I feel weak and I don't feel hungry
Doctor What more you feel?
Patient: I feel Ill sick, my temperature is tall, my eyes are dry and my nose is runny
Doctor: You should take a paracetamol and take absolute rest
Patient: Ok doc. What I should take for the diarrhoea?
Doctor: You have to take a remdy call lomotil
Patient: Doc and too I can't stop shoughing
Doctor: You somoke?
Patient: Yes a lot, that's the problem?
Doctor: can be, you must quit smoking it affects his mood

Doc: How many time you feel like that?

Doc: Ok, you have to take a lot physiological serun and you shouldn't be in contact with another person, too you have to saty at home four days in totally rest
